Truthseeker has tracked Berg and Rays tangled web and their past is about to haunt them. Truthseeker would like to give all a hint of what is exactly going to give these two no gooders problems with ITOY and SFLK. BTW, M. W. Berg is the one that signs the SFLK certs that you all can check since you all have called in your certs from your previous posts. James Ray is Bergs brother inlaw and president of silicon Valley new issues inc. He is the one that is doing all of the private Placements. BTW, they share the same office in Fountain Hills AZ.
