Paul, I'm always concerned about shareholder dilution and it appears to me that this is what is happening again with convertible debt offering relating to the purchase of Symbios. I thought we did this a while back. Is this a rehash or something new? I'm probably not the best one to comment on the relative merits of this action. Is this in our interest, or not? Anyone? MFS
