Richard, They are trading "paper gold" in a liquid market. But alas, when the BOE decides to sell off 400 tonnes over a period of years, the gold market TANKS!!!! Look what happened from their May announcement to the time they actually sold their first installment... No wonder the goldbugs are running scared. That indicates an illiquid market in physical gold.
