OT: Re OGPS and other gaming-related stocks:

Anybody here concerned at all about the unclear legal-status of all this online gambling that's either going-on or planned? A New York judge apparently ruled earlier this week that a Caribbean-based online-gaming outfit was in violation of New York state's gaming-laws (despite the off-shore location of the company itself), and as far as I know the anti-online-gaming bill is still making its way through Congress. So a lot of the legalities still seem to be up-in-the-air.

If there IS a crackdown on such activity, lots of companies (and investors) could be "taking a bath" down the road. I don't really have any position on this yet myself -- just curious what others think about it (as a RISK-FACTOR for investors -- not as an ethical question)...
