CashMoney... This is more than a little bit confusing and may cost us dearly. After management changed the name, I brought this to the attention of this board. The name of the company is e-vegas.com (TM), Inc. Their website is e-vegasgaming.com.

They are in no way connected with the WEBSITE e-vegas.com. I agree with you... this is VERY confusing. I think too many people will go to the e-vegas.com and think it belongs to the company e-vegas.com, Inc,(TM) (EVCM).

It is interesting that EVCM is using the trademark symbol after the company name. I do not know if it has been officially applied for and awarded to EVCM. I believe EVCM would lose if their was a dispute, because the e-vegas.com website has been using this name even before e-casino gaming (ECGC) changed their name and trading symbol to EVCM.

I do NOT believe this is over. I wish Ed Gallagher would pay attention to this deceiving, misleading and confusing problem which will plague both investors and, more importantly, users! If the name e-vegas.com does become a household word, gamblers will go to the WRONG website... NOT e-vegasgaming.com!
