if u buy round lots of 100, many brokers such as schwab can purchase for u...if u dont buy in round lots, only ML can purchase for u as they are the only mkt. maker for the stock in the US...here is a link that will tell u every thing u need to know....also, the softbank thread on SI is quite active....goodluck.
