In fairness to him, he (flightless) left shortly after I did, I think realizing, as I did by then, that this was a load of BS from stem to stern. At the same time we were believing Colin's stories about how there would be no more increases in the OS share count, he was blowing millions out the back door to, apparently, line his own pockets. The SEC's comments on the Form 10 should not be a surprise to anyone who read it. I cannot believe this thing has not already been halted, but would imagine that this would be the next big event. As I understand it, a 15c2-11 halt is specifically intended to obtain accurate financial data from companies that are found to be lacking in that regard. JAWS is that in spades.
