I think the DOJ has a lot of NUTS to allow this news to go public at this stage of the Trial. They get away with this type of leak when right after the trial they hammered MSFT for allegedly letting certain stories hit the press. Seems to me this is typical of today's administration (sorry for the political jab, I couldn't resist <ggg>). What a circus... Teflon
