I see you have figured Peter out! You are absolutely right - in my opinion he is a scam artist and he has taken his investors for all they are worth. If I were one I'd be looking into the possibility of securities fraud.

BTW - Inteliscam's product/service is by no means one-of-a-kind. In fact they own no technology whatsoever. They are nothing more than a reseller of WorldCom's network which you and I could do as well.

Frankly Inteliscam hasn't got a clue!
