Just spoke with Jim Rollins. He said the deal will be announced in the next month with a major, major (noticed I put that twice) company. I told him I have been a shareholder for 2-3 years now and am looking at what to do with my shares. If I can read between the lines, now is NOT the time to sell. It's always darkest before dawn. Jim also stated that dealing with a corporation, compared to prior dealings with the government projects, can provide SCMS with faster turnaround time for getting the project done and quicker payment (but, that's a no brainer). Good Luck to all. I think I'll add to my position--we are just about at the bottom of where it can really go.
