Well, I have some personal experience with Accutane, my son has been using it for 6 months. There are many side effects and in some people(my son is one), it does not always work. Although he is much better, he is not cured of acne. The actual cost is higher than what people have said earlier, like $369/month. His lips cracked to a point that he could not smile and he could not get enough air through his nose that he had to use his mouth also. He is now off Acutane. I have read the clinicals from Wastach and they are very impressive. Without a doubt, they have a great product, their biggest obsticle will being the product to market. If they get it to market, with all the side effects of Acutane, the product will be used, without a doubt.
