I would think a certain part of the valuation may have something to do with fuel cells but I believe on the whole the valuation is based on the companies existing business, i.e. generators and heaters. Now where I think the part of the valuation for the fuel cells is included is for remote power generators and not the home co-gen and automobile markets. I believe automobile applications will be part of the first implementation of a GLE cell however I also think that any cell that will work in a hybrid car will also have direct applications for other markets including stationary co-generation. I do not believe GLE will necessarily need to design to different kinds of cells for these markets. I believe the only changes which will need to occur would be those of size and perhaps the cell casing which would be governed by the intended use and required power output.

Just my humble thoughts
