OK VRGN you probably already have the time lines on it.

ORXX they have the following announcements.

Acquisition of 2 privately held mining companies, World Vanadium Corp., LLC, a Delaware company and Santa Maria Mining Company, a California company. Set to close in the next 10 days.

First week of August is the completion of this aquistion
(Combination of assetrs is 8M hard assets /liabilities $250K) Presently ORXX has only approx. $20K in liabilities prior to this acquistions.

Your focus on the Vannadium and uradium and also R&D on the HABE process for this focus.
12M OS 10.5M restrict Insiders, 1.5M in the float. Short out of Canadian. You are finishing up the audit on the post acquistion and hopfully fully reporting by end of Sept (the third quarter)
