Truman, thank you for your comments. First of all, I don't and cannot offer my view on NPEC. But it seems to me very obvious that stock is getting well ahead of itself. Remember NPEC is more or less a holding shell. Its success is dependent very much upon others. While I see some of the people screaming with half of the fact and the mass hysteria that follows, I became highly alert. I do not know when and the magnitude that NPEC will perform, to tell the truth.
