Yahoo sneaking in some new services -- very stealthy... Maybe a coincidence, but I can't help noticing some new stuff over on Yahoo. For one, this new service: Yahoo Briefcase: help.yahoo.com is a direct stab at AOL, who also has high hopes for on-line photo albums as a "killer app": Even more interesting (and of more relevance to the thread) is this new "Journal Archive" thing under company profiles. Here's the link to the Checkfree profile: yahoo.transium.com Pretty cool stuff -- alot of it is old hat - but 252 articles on Checkfree nonetheless. Anyway, Yahoo's "low road" on announcing EBBP seems consistent with the way they're rolling out the new stuff. Very much like Michael Bloomberg's winning strategy: just keep sticking new, incredible, free stuff inside the box, and wait for your customers to discover it and get hooked on the convenience... rk
