If NT becomes server OS of choice... It seems that most WWW/internet servers are unix based these days, but if NT is as robust and can make connections to other networks/users/etc... it maysoon become the server of choice, esp if cost is low. Anything to harm the sales of SUNs workstations will definitely hurt earnings, since basically most of their revenue is from here. However, I heard some japanese company (mitsubishi?) is developing a "java processor" to be used in appliances and consumer electronics. If sun gets any $$$ from the sale of such chips, etc... this will help them move into new markets...
