OT War and order.... Bank robbery here in Victoria (population 250,000) a couple of weeks ago. Police chase followed by exchange of gunfire before suspects surrendered. Note in the paper that it was the first time in 30 years a Victoria police officer had discharged a weapon in the course of normal duties. Isn't that just the coolest statistic you could imagine? CD
