This being Post #100, I will take this opportunity to reiterate my opposition to the "110% Satifaction Guarantee" prominently posted at the Diner entrance. While dining there the other evening, I had a very good meal, but witnessed guests on both sides of my booth being offered their free meals, neither of which party expected it. I was told my a waitress that teenagers come in all the time faking complaints, and that they know some individuals who go "round robin" to all the diners getting free meals. I have had them offered to me, and have refused. This is nonesense on Management's part. Offer a free meal when justified, but don't advertise it prominently and don't give it away so easily. It's NOT helping. Is anyone up there listening?
