Apparently Skoda went through a period of turmoil, ie management changes, redeployment. They reorganized and now appear ready to get back in the game. Skoda has already done complete set of blueprints, engineering analysis of vibration and stress of a Titan tire recycling plant. Maybe now with the Koreans stepping up, skoda will step up also.
