you've made a wise decision to install norton systemworks. evidence the fact that it found and fixed 200+ windows errors on initial startup. that is the highest number i've heard of so far. it fixed 54 for me, and another poster here stated something in the 100+ vicinity. <g3> it's a high quality suite. one note, though. i am keeping crashguard turned off. i'd always heard that it causes as many probs as it fixes, so i decided to try running without it. my system seems more stable, but it is difficult to know exactly where to give credit. have fun with systemworks! :) mark
