Okay, these are the two subsidiaries of GAEO. leisegang.com ofccorp.com This is the new Chairmen and CEO of GAEO. biz.yahoo.com And this is his company andlinger.com Andlinger came in and cleaned house. He brought all his own people in and the result the stock went from the 3-4 range to it's current level. And still rising. They are meeting with the banks this week and if everything goes as planned they will begin ramping up the OFC Division. Dense Wavelength Division Multiplex (DWDM) is big now in the telecom sector. According to Andlinger alot of the technology involved in these filters is 'black art', ie proprietary and closely held secrets. At this time several manufacturers of the DWDMs are testing Galileo's filters, but they don't want to disclose too much information to their competitors. Apparently there will be more disclosed to investors by the end of the year. These filters resemble semiconductors in size and in that they involve a coated substrate. During the conference call Andlinger predicted 60% growth in OFC alone. Maybe someone on this thread can explain DWDM a little better than I. The explaination I had I got from the Yahoo thread. Basicly what I know of it is it takes a single fiber optic and splits it in to 4-8-16-32 channels. Andlinger also stated in conference call he is exploring a strategic partnership with a company who is willing to invest in R&D and commit to GAEO products for the long term. NOT A TAKEOVER.
