If the NYSE BP were to turn down today DWA would alert us. They do not wait. The indicators are calculated internally daily and reported weekly. However, if something significant happens there will be a big red alert on the DWA main page (subscription). They would not wait for something so important. In fact today there is an alert indicating that the OTC has reversed down.
