If things are so great than why has there not been an annual meeting
as the Company said there would be in the spring to coincide with the release of the 10-K. O.K. so lets fast forward to June, I believe, when the document finally came out. I have yet to receive a proxy so its time to check state law, I believe Delaware, to see just what the time requirements are for holding a meeting. Assuming some proxies haven't gotten lost in the mail, some of us do plan to attend just to see how agile Steven B is!
