I read the posts, I read the press releases, I read what a couple of analysts are saying, but in the end if the stock price goes nowhere the words mean nothing.

The fact is the company preannounced a "large" revenue increase that drove the stock price to 14+ and then gave the gains back when the "large increase" turned out to be rather hoe hum for the bottom line.

Looking at the stock chart it tells me that VARl has an erratic history of peaks and valleys both in stock performance and profits.
