I didn't think they would take that position, because it would not be logical, in view of their other positions (Old Testament priority, need to reinstitute Mosaic law, etc.). I should have known better than to expect logic!
As for the Muslims, there are not that many of them in the United States. The first step will be the (peaceful) establishment of a Christian Reconstructionist Theocracy in this country. Y2K is supposed to help bring that about. With this shining example before it, the rest of the world will then gradually convert to The True Faith.
And, then, finally, Christ Will Return. Ta-Da!!
....At which point, if he is worth his salt, he will cast all these folks into the Outer Darkness, where they belong. <gg>
