Upon further review of the document - there appears to be a strengthening of positions by the 'majority' shareholders and have become more specific in their percentages, and more precise in who the holders are and who can exercise any options related to the holdings; not only that, the statements pertaining to offers, looking for offers, are stated in such a way as to not be misleading or forward looking as per SEC. However, they did indicate they are in the market and all avenues are being looked at, talking with others, but not making any commitments at time of filing. Will post when I get some verification of any of the filing, soon I hope :-) Jacalyn
