Good point, JD; I wouldn't put it past Bill to have ordered the tracking stock concept to be leaked as a trial baloon to see how the market would react to a split up of the entire company. The courts helped Rockerfeller and his shareholders get rich in the early part of the century by breaking his empire into 4 parts. Frank
