my strategy involves cash-rich stocks trading at or below book value. I have not lost with this strategy yet--23 for 23!!! My current pick which i bought at 1 29/32 last week is TCSI. TCSI makes telco software, etc and they have $40 million cash on hand and trade at about 2/3 of book value!!!
