Eric,

Lets just say there are 85m Outstanding with the additional shares. Also I will say earnings diluted are .085.

Now with a PE of only:

5 that is .425/shr
10 " " .85/shr
20 " " 1.70/shr

As long as every thing stays the same (ceteris paribus)

DRGI is way undervalued. i also find the MM cat fight interesting and that some are not selling until .75
