Spoke with Dick Weiner of GAAY today. Nice guy. Everything seems to be on track and some. I don't write well while conversing, so the following is my interpretation Show(s) will be broadcast nationally as well as going to Mexico and at least one other country. But initial broadcasts will be going just through 2 announced TV stations to all cable subscribers(91% of households) in Palm Springs and Santa Barbara. Dick referred to the announced "merger" as a consolidation and not definite- as they are still in talks. He said they had to announce the offer to comply with SEC regs. They will be promoting the shows nationally. He didn't say how, but did say I'd be hearing them in my area(Pennsylvania). I'm guessing they will have television promotions. Being that they're affiliated with ABC, look for them there. Or whatever channels Disney may own Lots more PRs coming very soon with big news regarding sponsors, partnerships, promotions etc. Also appears as if TV Guide may be doing the write-up on them, as he mentioned the publication was based around here. It took awhile, as I don't think "TV Guide" when I think nat'l mag, but that has to be it. If so, I couldn't think of a better place to promote BingoTV All expenses are being paid with cash and revenue from radio broadcasting We discussed a number of other things, all which fit nicely into the story. Everything that was conveyed to me made sense and nothing contradicted past reports
