Tomeee (misspelling intended (VBG)). I had nothing to add, Don Quixote was tired and quite busy with other tasks, and frankly, this is not exactly a hospitable thread. As for the death spiral, it takes a long time. The bandits (if my calculations are close to correct) probably need to lay out some 20 MM shares in shorts on these rallies, but the volume was not always there, so they stay a little longer in the "range". One morning, particularly after a nice hype and another run to just under 10 cents, and after a nice wake up call from Fred, you wake up and $.04 is breached harshly to the next level of pain. And the game goes on. Those bandits are not stupid, I would not be surprised they planted this idea of financing with a floor of $.23 that was floated around, or for that matter funding with any floor. One of these days, maybe (and I personally doubt it), this company may turn the corner, but not until the bandits have squeezed the last drop of blood possible.
The action of the stock, so far is still following the normal death spiral scenario, and I see nothing right now to indicate it has stopped. No bandit, even the "friendlies" (if there are any) has agreed to a floor, there is little visibility of required funding to launch even the LL program correctly, there is no Signature deal on the horizon, and there is an Alyce, apparently, that manipulates the readers of the threads to its own advantage.
Good luck to you,
