"Can you verify?" Not until they file the 10-Qs, which I will be reviewing in detail. The ONEM numbers probably include 35,000 subscribers from the acquisition of The Grid. There may be some smaller acquisitions included in the 101,000. However, my guess is that ONEM's internal growth exceeded the internal growth of MSPG. While I am not in the ISP industry, I did attend ISPCON in Baltimore several months ago. There seemed to be a general consensus at the conference that the churn rate of MSPG exceeded the rate for most of the other ISPs.
