I believe that a person who wants to take advantage of this BUY opportunity needs to find an intrinsic VALUE in a Company. I would look at the content of Management, The ability of a company to raise NEEDED capital for exploration/developement and the area that the company's mines/properties exist. It's my personal opinion, THAT
LMX RESOURCES, GMD RESOURCES, SANFRED RESOURCES and WINSPEAR have the criteria that will prove to outperform the PAPER PLAYS-Junk mines.
