SI needs to amend their terms of use to specifically address the issue and include an advance warning to all its' paying customers about subpoenas. To do less in my opinion flys in the face of their concerns for privacy. We should demand that SI give us at least the number of days that they have in the subpoena to respond... which is usually 15 days, and in some State Cases, 30 days.
