Yep, That is about the way I think I summed this up some time ago. Basically I always thought it was a mixed bag, and said so on various occasions. I had done enough DD on my own and hired others to do it for me where I couldn't, so I knew that they had contracts etc. that were legitimate, but also knew that we were dealing with a skunk who blatantly lied about a bankruptcy with a whole lot of people listening on the other end. Gee, I hope for his sake, he saved the $100,000 that he was going to use to go out and get those bad folks who were saying all those bad things about him. Looks like he's going to need every penny for a defense fund. Pretty tough to wash those stripes off a zebra, eh? I do feel badly for some of the true believers who had small fortunes (comparatively) wrapped up in this thing. I suppose we'll see a shareholders suit before too long. Probably like trying to squeeze blood out of a turnip, but squeeze they will. I think you can probably take that to the bank.
