Jan, I would expect the opposite effect, reduce supply(power outage)(take T2 billion out)when demand is rising and that should cause prices to rise. (to me) The oil guys play this game all the time, reduce supply via plant fires, ship leaks, and prices go up. I think S3 just got caught in a market down draft and lack of current news to feed the day traders junkies. Just look at ALSC a little CNBC coverage saying the SAME OLD BOOK VALUE story and the stock jumps. Please is there a person on this planet that doesn't know the ALSC or S3 book value story??? But say it and public and the stocks roll.
