Joins Sun Microsystems and ESRI in Special Promotion
of its Sedona SRV+ Vectorizing Engine Software

Limerick, PA - March 25, 1997 - Sedona GeoServices, Inc., a subsidiary
of Scangraphics, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCNG), and Business Partner with
Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) announced today
a 30 day "Try and Buy" Evaluation with Promotional Pricing as part of
the official launch of Sedona SRV+ Version 1.0 Vectorizing Engine.

This Special Promotion is in conjunction with a joint ESRI and Sun
Microsystems, Inc. special offer of Sun's new SPARCstation 5 Model
170 or Ultra workstations with ESRI's workstation ARC/INFOr 7.1.1.
Sedona SRV+ is an automatic batch vectorizing engine seamlessly
integrated into ESRI's ARC/INFO geographic information system
available on Sun UNIX platforms running Solaris 2.4 or 2.5. With
the use of Sedona SRV+, users are expected to realize significant
savings of time and labor in geospatial data creation.
