I know you're kidding, but that statement ranks up there with the other "Big Lies" like:

* "The check's in the mail."
* "She told me she was 18!"
* "I'm from the government and I'm here to help you."

I recall reading a Senate hearing report a couple of years ago, where the SEC said they were worried that they would be swamped with complaints from disgruntled investors if the bull market ever had a serious decline. I guess they should start running those help wanted ads...
