I just found out that SI is starting to charge for memberships. I don't know if they'll start kicking old members off, but I think by starting to charge, they might as well start the process of closing down this site. There are plenty of other boards to read without having to pay a monthly fee. I feel bad for SI. I was here from almost the beginning. Obviously any advertising benefits are going to go away. I guess Go2Net knows what they are doing.
