The arguments missed one point I feel is important. TSCM advertises its "timely" reporting, but currently being printed word it can never really be "timely" in the immediate sense. So as it is now, street.com is interesting but no more valuable whether its read overnight or during market hours.

The key to TSCM's future is whether or not it can morph into a competitor of CNBC. Right now traders have CNBC on every minute of the day from pre-market to after-market. But CNBC, as we all know, has certain stupidities that we all live with because there's no better competetion. If TSCM can effectively "be" the new Fox business channel the stock price will go up from here. But it may be that Fox will get more out of TSCM than the other way around; I don't know all the terms of their agreement, so if somebody does, a short briefing would be appreciated.

I personally don't think the NY Times alliance has much value going forward at all. IMO the Times just wants to raise their internet profile. TSCM was smart to get their money.

No position... but interested the closer the stock gets to its IPO price. Good luck.
