I pay $239.57 per month for health insurance for my assistant who is 30, single, and covered for pregnancy. No deductible for co-pay visits ($5/$10 co-pay). $250 deductible yearly for major medical. In other words, a Cadillac plan fully funded by my company.

A Cadillac plan? Well for $392./mo I get all routine coverage, plus pregnancy AND....
weight loss counseling.... psychology and stress disorders... infertility including artificial insemination and vasectomy reversal... sports medicine... practically free vitamins.... travel vaccines.... I could go on and on here, most plans don't have this

AND a discount to the vet for my pets....

Of course all this necesary medical coverage is $152.43 more per month than you pay, and you're right, money matters... your poor assistant, one day she will meet someone who wants to reverse a vasectomy and she'll have to pay through the nose... probably the same week her kitty needs surgery, too. Its a sad story Bill.
