Digging a little bit further I cross link some more cospiracy info that proves the conflict of interest.Based on the companys(SNRS) SEC filling,it states that SNRS has a major dispute over a pattern with the U of Miami,which at the same time the Panel member that made the biggest deal of all about how the product dont work,he is also from U of Miami.Another thing,all the shorters on Yahoo message board are from Boca Raton,Ft.Lauredale and the rest of the local areas including the biggest shorter of all,Avalon group(Also a Market Maker)from Boca Raton.For those that have level too must saw how AVLN was shorting the stock the day before the halt.I have estimated that he shorted about 2 million shares in the last 4-5 hours that day.Now,how would anybody take a chance to bet 30-40 million dollars unless he knows the panel's decision before hand.I think the panel,street.com,Avalon,WSJ and that analysts should be investigated.In July there were 7.5 million shares short compare to 1-3 million from the Months before.Why?This is to easy to smell the rat.I hope our Gov. will do something to expose those crooks,otherwise it would be a safer bet to play the roulette than the market.
