These guys are a long way from a NASDAQ listing. According to the company's most recent Form 10-Q, the tangible net worth was only $22,736 and they had a cash overdraft of approximately $177,000.

While they can acquire ISPs with stock, how are they going to finance them? If they are growing, and any ISP not growing is going to die, they eat up cash.
