Chuzzlewit, I have to respectful disagree with you on the point that
you made exiting from CSCO:

" In fact I exited from CSCO a couple of months ago simply because I
felt that the price was out of all proportion to prospective earnings
and cash flow. "

I don't think high valuation would be a good criterion for exiting a
stock. I would rather evaluate the company business, competitive
edge and market opportunity. Don't interpret I am in favor buying a
high price company. In fact, I wouldn't buy MSFT, CSCO, and LU at
this price level myself. I normally take a long term view on the
company and buy it at the price with a safety margin. I have holding
CSCO for more than 8 years. I would get out of the stock long time
ago if I am afraid of high valuation.

The mistake I made in the past was diversification which is still
pretty popular idea. I sold CSCO in 1997 to buy ASND for diversifica-
tion. The rest was history. So, I hope you understand why I still
think LU is kind expensive. I would consider it until it down to
a price range that I feel comfortable.

Best Regards,
