kzap..... Only because shareholder have been unable to gather together, and unite.....If they did....WHOAH...... We would have major numbers behind this.....And probably, based on just PR, alone, would stand a very good chance of winning...So, maybe there would not be $$$$$ involved, buy maybe the SEC would finally get involved.....I guess, I have to ask....is it only the SEC that has to be the first one, to get to start things rolling?????? I encourage everyone to gather up the old PR and the posts and not only forward them to the SEC, but follow up with a phone call....Hey, they get thousands of E-mails....So go ahead and pick up the phone...
