Thanks, Bob, for e-mailing the IR folks. That was above and beyond the call of duty.

I'm requoting a portion of the IR response to you because maybe something is clear to you that isn't clear to me and you can give me your interpretation.

Lets Say there is a financial site called StockX.com and one called StockY.com. Neither site has message board technology. MBMagic provides the platform and benefits from the ad revenues. So StockX's messages and StockY's messages would both be found on MBMagic...... but it would also be private labeled to each of the sites.

The concept then is that MBMagic seeks out financial sites without existing message boards. MBMagic then provides that site with message board technology in exchange for getting to be a mirror host for the board. Each financial site then has a private label site with the content of all the boards mirror-hosted by MBMagic.

Is that right? Actually it sounds quite interesting. A very decent idea.

Now what about those press release words: Largest Online Investment Message Board Service?

SI has over 10 million messages, Yahoo probably 20 mil, Motley Fool, 5 mil (estimated). Doesn't the word "Largest" infer a content of at least 10 million messages ... where none exist now and where financial sites X and Y don't yet have deals with MBMagic? And how soon?

So we have the same difficulty that we have with the concurrent Redwood Partners release - inadequate information aiming to draw the investment community to unsupported conclusions.

I think I have a problem with that!
