Steve: I would be interested in your input about why NETP is at a 52-week low. Here is a link to Wit Capital's latest comments -- made after Net Perception's recent quarterly release...

witcapital.com

They have re-iterated their BUY rating and raised their estimates....BBRS and H & Q have also made very bullish comments recently. Yet, even though NETP has been executing, the firm has been selling off (in a more dramatic way than some of the other internet high flyers). I realize that NETP is a new issue and its still mis-understood. Yet, IMO it is a VERY important e-commerce infrastructure play. It is interesting that the company added 26 new clients in the most recent quarter (including Lycos). NETP is one of the most under-covered, under-hyped and under-appreciated net stocks. This is just my feeling. Of course NETP might be perceived quite differently if Paul Allen announced that he was going to take a very large, strategic position in the company <G>....He could easily do this since he has VERY DEEP pockets and a real interest in pioneering the next generation of successful e-commerce firms (Mercata.com is good example of this). I would really appreciate your current thoughts on Net Perceptions.

Best Regards,

Scott
