Dear Dan, I won't expect a PR summarizing the annual meeting. If you look at the agenda of the meeting (which you should have gotten if you were a registered shareholder on May 20th) there were only two items announced: 1. To elect three Directors of the company to serve until the next Annual Shareholder's Meeting 2. To transact any authorized or proper business to be brought before the Board Item No. 1 was settled within 5 minutes, item No. 2 was the discussion with me, the only present external share holder.
