At the end of the day is profit and cash-flow (rather than number of eye-balls, mouse-clicks or craps. Yes I also believe Craig and Bill are great guys, so what. Lou is a winner in his terms.( A "corporate mechanic", I guess this was the nickname when he took over at IBM). My 10 years with Digital have taught me to smell a looser when I see one.
