Patrick, I agree the tick can sure go lower than -1200, I recall last summer-fall during some of the big sell off days as we made lows on AUg 31st and then again on Oct 8th, we would get to -1600 and -1800 I believe we were almost at -2000 once of twice.... I even remember Ron Insana commenting " wow the tick is -1800" He was surprised by the mkt weakness. John
